Some basic things you need to know about editing entries in Beerengine
- The form is split into steps to make life easier. You can skip to any step using the menu on the left.
- As you move around the steps of the form, the site automatically records any changes you've made. Click on preview to see the result of your edits.
- Your changes will not appear on the site immediately. All submissions and edits are checked before they are published.
Name
This is used throughout the site and where necessary long names will be clipped so keep it short if possible.
Index name
Although it is never seen on the site this field has two important functions. It is used for searches and provides alphabetical order in lists.
